Outbound Sales and Marketing Initiatives

Plan and execute marketing initiatives to generate leads. This may include organizing seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and other events to showcase our organization and attract prospective students.

Relationship Management

Act as a primary point of contact for prospective students, providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout the admissions process. Build rapport with students and their families to address any concerns or questions they may have and facilitate a smooth transiti.

Market Research

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands related to our sector. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for expanding our student base and adjust admissions strategies accordingly.Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of admissions initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, academic, and administrative departments, to ensure seamless coordination of activities related to student recruitment and admissions. Share insights and feedback from the field to inform decision-making and improve overall operational efficiency

Required Candidate Profile

Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate the institutionโ€™s value proposition effectively

Networking Skills

Ability to build and leverage a professional network to generate leads and opportunities for the institution.

Tech-Savvy

Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

Experience : 1-3 years of experience in Education Sector / Insurance or Banking Sector / FMCG

Must possess excellent presentation and communication skills
